These integrations connect LaunchPal to the tools a food or drink brand already runs wholesale on, so your stores, orders and payments stay in one place instead of three.
What connects today
Everything on this list is live. You connect each one yourself from Settings, Integrations, and you can disconnect it there at any time.
- Cin7 Core: your stores, products and orders sync in every hour and stock once a day, so you can see which stockists reorder and which have gone quiet.
- Xero: invoice stores on account terms from an order, and see when they pay.
- Stripe: send a pay-now invoice or take card payment on your line sheet. The money lands in your own Stripe account.
- Claude and ChatGPT: brief a campaign or ask how one is going from the AI assistant you already use.
- Gmail and Outlook: connect your mailbox to send and read replies, alongside the separate sending domain we set up for you.
- Google Sheets: paste a sheet link, a CSV or a table and bring in the stores, products and orders you already keep.
Why connect anything
Getting a store to say yes is the first half of the job. The second half is the sample, the first order, the invoice and the reorder, and that is where small brands lose stores. Flow tracks each store through those steps, and it works best when it can see your real orders and payments rather than what you remember to type in.
None of these are needed to start. You can find stores and send your first campaign with nothing connected, then add Cin7, Xero or Stripe once orders start coming in.

Questions brands ask
Does LaunchPal connect to my online store or my CRM?
Not yet. Shopify, HubSpot, Capsule and distributor ordering are on request. You can export your contacts as a CSV in the meantime.
Do I need to connect anything before my first campaign?
No. Finding stores and sending a campaign need nothing connected. The integrations matter once stores start ordering.
Is my login or key stored safely?
Keys and tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown again, even to you. You can disconnect from Settings, Integrations at any time.
Does it work with Cin7 Omni?
Cin7 Core works today. Cin7 Omni is on request: tell us from Settings, Integrations if you run it.
