Free wholesale tools for food and drink brands
Free wholesale tools for the jobs every brand does before it emails a store: find who might stock you, set a price that leaves room for everyone, and have the paperwork ready when a buyer asks.
What each tool is for
We built these because the same four questions come up on almost every call with a new brand. Which stores should I go after? What should I charge them? What do I send when they ask for prices? What do I leave behind after a tasting? None of them needs an account. The calculator and the two templates run in your browser and keep nothing you type.

The order we would use them in
Price first. If the numbers do not work for a café owner at a 30% margin, no email will fix that. Then make the line sheet, because it is what a store asks for in its first reply. The sell sheet is for tastings, trade shows and the counter after a visit. Last, look at who would stock you, and start with one city and one store type.

Questions brands ask
Are these tools really free?
Yes. The calculator and the two templates run in your browser with no account. The store preview is free too, and signing up afterwards needs no card.
Do you keep what I type into the templates?
No. The line sheet, sell sheet and calculator never send what you type anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone, so print or save the PDF first.
Should I send a line sheet in my first email to a store?
No. Attachments and extra links in a first email push it towards spam. Keep the first email short and send the line sheet when the store replies and asks.
What is the difference between a line sheet and a sell sheet?
A line sheet lists your whole range with wholesale prices and terms, so a store can order. A sell sheet is one product on one page, written to persuade.
