One unified inbox for every store that replies
Replies from every sending mailbox land in one unified inbox, matched to the store that wrote. The follow-ups to that store stop, interested stores are marked as leads, and we tell you. The AI does not reply for you: you take it from there. This is the third part of what LaunchPal does.
Where replies go
Your campaign sends from several mailboxes on your sending domain. Replies to all of them arrive in one place in LaunchPal, grouped by store, so you never log in to five inboxes to find out who answered.
Each reply is matched to its store by the email thread itself, not just by the sender's address. When the owner forwards your email to their buyer and the buyer answers from a different address, it still lands on the right store.
What happens the moment a store replies
The follow-ups stop
Any real reply stops the rest of the sequence to that store, including a "no thanks". Out-of-office replies do not.
We read it
Each reply is sorted as interested, not interested, an opt-out or an automatic reply, in whatever language it was written.
Interested stores become leads
A store that asks for samples, prices or a call, or hands you to its buyer, is marked as a lead.
We tell you
You get an email with what the store wrote. If an interested store has not heard back from you in 12 hours, we remind you, and again 48 hours later.
You take it from there
The AI does not hold conversations with stores for you. The reply is where the sale starts, and a store owner can tell the difference between a person and a script. We pass the contact to you so you can talk samples, price and the first order.
The assistant can draft an answer for you to edit, and you send it from the same mailbox, in the same thread, with your signature. Answer within hours, not days. A store that asked for samples on Tuesday morning has often forgotten by Friday.
What you see for each store
Each store that answered is one row: who wrote, which campaign they came from, and the whole thread, with every email you sent and everything they said. Interested stores are marked as leads, and stores that asked you to stop are marked as opt-outs, so you can tell at a glance which conversations need you today.
When an email comes in from someone you never wrote to, such as a buyer the owner forwarded you to, we ask which store it is about rather than guess. Nothing a store writes gets lost because it came from a different address.
The three parts of replies
- The reply inbox: every mailbox in one place, with notifications, and answers from the mailbox that wrote.
- Lead detection: positive replies marked as leads, so the stores worth answering first are at the top.
- Bounces: addresses that bounce are blocked for good, and follow-ups stop on any reply.

After the yes
A positive reply is the start. A sample request is the real yes in this industry, but it is not an order. Flow picks up from here: it tracks the store through the sample, the first order and the reorder, and drafts the next step for you.
If you have not run a campaign yet, start with the stores that would stock you. Our guide to getting your product into stores covers what to say once they answer.

Questions brands ask
Does the AI reply for me?
No. When a store replies, the sequence stops, the reply lands in your inbox and we tell you. You take it from there: samples, price, the first order. The assistant can draft an answer, but you read it and send it.
Do I have to check another inbox?
No. Replies to every sending mailbox land in your LaunchPal inbox, and we email you when a store replies.
Will I know quickly when a store replies?
Yes. Replies usually arrive within minutes, and we email you with what the store wrote. If an interested store is still waiting after 12 hours, we remind you.
Does an out-of-office stop the emails?
No. Automatic replies never stop a sequence and never count as a real reply.
Does a sample request count as a sale?
It is the real yes in this industry, but it is not an order. Send the sample, book a check-in, and track the store through to its first order.
Do I keep my contacts if I stop?
Yes. You own your contacts and can export them as a CSV at any time.
