Why the list decides the result
Finding stores is the first of the five parts of what LaunchPal does. It matters most, because a brilliant email to the wrong shop still gets nothing back. A vegan grocer will not stock a product with dairy in it. A cocktail bar is a better home for a premium mixer than the liquor store down the road. We get this right before we write anything.
Our clients average a 10-15% reply rate, and most of that is earned here. We understand your product first, then we look for stores where it belongs, then we find the person who buys for each one. The emails do the rest, and they are covered under outreach emails.
How we build your list
Every campaign builds its own list of store leads, in five steps.
We learn your product
We read your website and what you tell us: what you make, who drinks or eats it, the price point, and where it already sells.
We search one area and your store types
Cafés, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, hotels, grocers, delis, gyms, boutiques, or a store type you name. See store search.
We judge the fit of each store
Stores that would never sell a product like yours are taken out before anyone is contacted.
We find the person who decides
A named buyer, manager or owner wherever one can be found, rather than the info@ inbox. See buyer contacts.
We check every address
Nothing is sent to an address that has not passed contact verification.

What you get for each store
Each store lead comes with its name, address and type, its place on a map, the contact we chose and their role, and what we learned about the business when we found it. That last part is store research, and it is what lets the first email talk about the store rather than at it.
You see the whole list before anything is sent. Remove any store you do not want, and keep your existing customers out with a do-not-contact list that stays private to your brand.
The Free plan finds and emails 50 stores a month. Paid covers 500 a month.
The person who decides
A buyer, bar or F&B manager first, then the general manager, then the owner. Accounts, bookings and no-reply inboxes are left out.
How we find buyersEvery address checked
Confirmed addresses go on your list. Undeliverable ones are dropped and never sent to.
How the check worksYour customers kept out
Add your stockists by email or by domain. They are left out of every campaign, and the list is never shared.
The do-not-contact list
Start narrow
The brands that do best start with one city and one store type. A campaign to delis in one city tells you quickly whether delis want your product. A campaign to every shop in the country tells you very little, and leaves you more replies than you can send samples to.
Independents come before chains. An independent owner can say yes this week. A supermarket buyer wants to see that you already sell in a hundred smaller stores first. Our guide to getting your product into cafés shows what a first city and store type look like in practice.
A list built fresh, for you
This is not a bought list or a spreadsheet of retailers from a broker. Stores are found for your campaign, in the area you choose. Store contacts are either found fresh or reused from a lookup made in the last 30 days, so none of them come from an old list. Your own uploads, your do-not-contact list and your campaigns are private and never shared with other brands.
Where finding stores fits
Finding stores feeds everything after it. The list becomes the outreach emails, one per store. Those go out from a separate domain we set up for you, and every reply comes back into one inbox, matched to its store. Get the list right and each later step has something good to work with.
If you want to see what a list looks like before you sign up, type your website into See who would stock you. You get ten real stores near you that fit your product, and one email written for the best match.

Questions brands ask
Which stores and places can it target?
Any physical business that could sell your product: cafés, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, hotels, grocers, delis, gyms, boutiques and more, in the city or region you choose.
Where do the contacts come from? Is it a bought list?
No. Stores are found for your campaign from public information about real businesses, and contacts are found fresh or reused from a lookup in the last 30 days. Your own lists stay private.
Is it the right person, or a generic info@ inbox?
We look for the person who decides: a buyer, bar or F&B manager, general manager or owner. Accounts, bookings, careers and no-reply inboxes are dropped, and a shared inbox is used only when nobody better can be found.
How do I stop it emailing my existing customers?
Upload them to your do-not-contact list, by email or by domain. They are left out of every campaign, and the list is never shared.
Which campaign should I run?
Awareness if you want to test demand before you produce. Go-to-market if you are ready to send samples. See awareness vs go-to-market.
Will I get more stores than I can supply?
You choose how many stores each campaign targets. Start with one city and plan your sample stock before you launch.
