We buy a sending domain for you, so your own domain stays safe
Cold outreach should never go out from your main address. We buy a separate sending domain that looks like yours, point it at your website and send from it, so your own domain is never at risk.

Why not send from your own domain
Every email you send builds or spends your domain's reputation with Gmail, Outlook and the rest. Cold outreach is the riskiest mail there is: people who have never heard from you, and the odd address that bounces. If that goes wrong on your main domain, your invoices, supplier emails and customer replies can start landing in junk too. It is the first thing we set up, as part of how we send.
A separate domain carries that risk instead. If it ever has a bad week, your everyday email never notices.
What we set up
You do not buy anything or touch any settings. We handle all of it.
- A domain that looks like yours. A close variation of your brand name, so a store owner recognises who is writing.
- A redirect to your website. Anyone who types the domain into a browser lands on your real site, over HTTPS.
- Mailboxes with real names. Up to 10 sender mailboxes on the domain, each with a name like "Mia at Kōwhai Kombucha", so emails come from a person.
- The records mail providers check. SPF, DKIM, DMARC are set up for you. You never touch DNS.
From claim to first email
Most brands are ready to send within a few days of picking a name.
- Pick the nameSearch for a name close to your brand and claim it. We register it for you.
- We configure itMailboxes, records and the redirect are set up. DNS and verification usually take one to three days.
- A 24-hour holdOnce the records are live, nothing sends for 24 hours.
- A slow startEach new mailbox starts at 5 emails a day and builds up over its first weeks to a ceiling of 30 a day. That is the warmup, and it means nothing leaves in a burst.
Several mailboxes, one ceiling each
We spread your sending across several mailboxes on the domain. Each has its own daily ceiling, so no single address sends a volume that looks like a blast, and each carries a real name from your team. When a mailbox reaches its ceiling for the day, its remaining emails are held over to a later day. Nothing is dropped or counted as failed. You never have to work out which address sent what: every reply comes back to one place.
Choose a name that looks trustworthy
Good names read naturally: getyourbrand.com, yourbrandhq.com, tryyourbrand.co. Avoid misspellings of your own name, numbers, and anything a store owner would have to read twice.
What stays the same
Your main address stays exactly as it is. Keep using hello@yourbrand for customers, suppliers and the stores that already know you.
Replies to the sending domain come into your LaunchPal inbox, matched to the store that wrote, so you answer them from one place. The follow-ups for that store stop as soon as it replies.
The domain is one part of sending safely. The others are the warmup, a daily ceiling for every mailbox, an unsubscribe link on every cold email, and blocking addresses that bounce. If you are getting ready to email cafés or any other kind of store, this is what keeps your own email safe while you do.
Questions brands ask
Can we send from our existing domain?
We advise against it, and we set up a separate domain by default. Cold outreach carries spam risk, and a separate domain keeps that risk away from the address your customers and suppliers use. You keep using your own domain for everything else.
Why do I need a new domain and several mailboxes?
Spreading sending across several mailboxes on a fresh domain keeps each one well inside safe daily volumes, and it means every email comes from a named person. That is what store owners reply to.
Will stores think the email is not really from us?
The domain is a close variation of your brand name, the sender is a real person's name, and the domain redirects to your website. A store owner sees someone from your brand.
How long until we can send?
Usually a few days. DNS and verification take one to three days, then there is a 24-hour hold, and then each mailbox starts slowly.
Do I need to buy the domain or set up DNS myself?
No. We register the domain and set up the records, the redirect and the mailboxes. You never log in to a registrar.
Where do replies go?
Into your LaunchPal inbox, matched to the store that wrote. We also email you when a store replies.
