Become a white label partner

Give your customers a way into more retail stores, inside your product. One API finds the buyers, writes the emails, sets up domains and mailboxes, sends, and brings back the replies.

How it connects

You call one API for each of your customers. We find the stores, write and send the emails, and tell you what happened by webhook. Your customers only ever see your product.

  1. Talk to us

We set up your partner account and invite your team.

  2. Build in the sandbox

Test keys work on every endpoint against sample stores. Nothing ever sends.

  3. Add your customers

Each brand becomes a customer under your account, with your own reference for it.

  4. Go live

Create live keys with only the access they need, set up sending and launch.

What your customers get

Everything a brand needs to reach store buyers, from the first search to the first order conversation.

Stores that fit, with verified buyers

Search by city or region and venue type: cafés, grocers, delis, health food and liquor stores. Contact lookup returns the owner or buyer, and every address is checked before anything is sent. Brands can bring their own lists too. Each contact is verified first, and the ones that fail are never emailed.

Emails written for each store, sent from the brand

Every campaign writes up to 5 emails per contact, built around the store and the product: an introduction, a sample offer or a stocking order. They go out from a sending domain bought and set up for the brand, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, so its main domain is never at risk. Any email that has not gone yet can be edited.

Replies matched, follow-ups stopped

When a store replies, we match it to the contact, stop the emails still to come and read the sentiment. You get a signed event, read the full reply and can answer it through the API. Bounces arrive as their own event and never count as replies.

Built to protect deliverability

Volume comes from more mailboxes, never from pushing one harder. The ramp and the daily ceiling are fixed in the code, not settings anyone can change.

  • A new domain waits 24 hours after its records are live, then starts the ramp.
  • One sending campaign per mailbox at a time.
  • A contact any brand emailed in the last 30 days is held back, so no buyer gets a pile of pitches.
  • Contacts who replied, bounced or unsubscribed are never emailed again.
  • A campaign pauses itself if more than 5% of its emails hard-bounce.
  • A mailbox that is full for the day carries its emails to the next. Nothing is dropped.

Your brand, not ours

Stores see the brand, and your customers see you.

  1. The brand is the senderEvery email carries your customer's business name, signature and postal address, with one-click unsubscribe built in.
  2. Neutral hostsThe API, its reference and the unsubscribe page sit on neutral hosts. The unsubscribe page can move to your own domain.
  3. No other namesAnswers, errors, docs and invoices never name us or anyone we work with.

We never email your customers: no newsletters, nudges or announcements of ours.

A console for your whole team

See every customer, their sending and their results. Manage keys, webhooks and who can do what.

  • Every customer in one place

Domains, mailboxes, campaigns, replies and signatures for each brand, searchable by your own reference.

  • Keys and webhooks

Scoped keys, endpoint secrets you can rotate, and a log of every delivery you can send again from.

  • Your whole team

Owner, admin, developer and viewer roles, plus usage by customer and a monthly limit you set.

Build it in the sandbox first

A REST API with an OpenAPI reference. Test keys run every endpoint against sample stores, so you can build the whole flow before a single email goes out.

  • Test mode

Fake a reply with any sentiment, or move a campaign forward up to 30 days.

  • Safe retries

An Idempotency-Key on every create. A retry gets the first answer back.

  • Cursor pagination

The same limit and cursor on every list, up to 100 a page.

  • Clear rate limits

RateLimit headers on every answer, and Retry-After when you hit one.

  • One error shape

Every error has the same shape: type, code, message, request id and, where it applies, the field at fault.

  • Signed webhooks

HMAC-signed, tried up to seven times over about a day and a half, then logged.

Questions

Who is this for?

Platforms whose customers sell food, drink and other consumer goods to retail: wholesale and inventory software, marketplaces, agencies and distributors. Stores in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Canada.

Can a mailbox send more than 30 a day?

No. 30 a day per mailbox is a hard ceiling, checked as each email goes out, across every campaign. More volume means more mailboxes on the domain, up to 50.

What happens when a mailbox is full for the day?

The rest of its emails wait for its next sending day. They are never dropped.

Will two of my customers email the same store?

Inside one customer's account, a contact emailed in the last 30 days, or one who replied, bounced or unsubscribed, is left out of its next campaign. Across the network, a contact any brand emailed in the last 30 days is held back until that window passes.

Can my customers send from their own mailboxes?

Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect through a hosted link you send them. Google Workspace is built and waiting on Google’s review. The domain mailboxes we set up work from the start. Sign-in screens that carry your own app name are coming.

Do test keys ever send an email?

Never. Test keys run against sample stores on test domains, every test subject starts with [Sandbox], and nothing is delivered or billed.

Can we search stores and look up contacts without running a campaign?

Yes. Search returns up to 100 stores a call, never with emails, and contact lookup returns verified buyers for up to 25 stores at a time.

Do you ever contact my customers?

No. We never send your customers announcements, newsletters or nudges of our own. They hear from you.
