One reply inbox for every mailbox you send from

Your reply inbox in LaunchPal collects the answers to every sending mailbox, grouped by store. You hear about each reply by email, and you answer from the same mailbox, in the same thread. It is the first part of how we handle replies.

Every mailbox, one list

A campaign sends from several sending mailboxes. Without one inbox, that means several logins and replies sitting unread for hours or a day. In LaunchPal every store you emailed is one row, whichever mailbox wrote to them.

  • All, Leads and Replies tabs: everyone you have emailed, the interested stores, or every store that answered.
  • Search by store, person or email address.
  • The whole thread on one screen: every email you sent and everything they wrote back.

How a reply gets there

Replies are picked up as they arrive and usually show within minutes. Each one is matched to its store by the email thread, so a reply from a buyer the owner forwarded you to still lands on the right row, next to every email you sent that store.

Some mail is never treated as a reply: your own emails, newsletters and mailing lists, and out-of-office messages. They do not stop a sequence and do not clutter your list of stores that answered.

You hear about it by email

When a store replies, we email you. If it is interested, the email shows what the store wrote, and if you have not answered after 12 hours we remind you, and again 48 hours later. Interested stores are also marked as leads; lead detection explains how we decide.

The emails are short and read well on a phone, so you can see what a store said between deliveries or at a market stall, and answer properly when you are back at a desk. You choose which of these emails you get in your notification settings.

Sorted before you open it

Each reply is labelled as interested, not interested, an opt-out or an automatic reply, so you can open the ones that matter first. A store that asked you to stop is marked so you never write to it again by mistake.

Mail that reaches your sending domain from someone you never emailed is kept too, on its own tab. When it looks like it is about a store you are working with, such as the owner's colleague writing from their own address, we ask you which store it belongs to rather than guess.

Every reply is matched across all your mailboxes. If a store answers an email from one mailbox by writing to another, it still lands on the same row.

Answering from the inbox

  • You reply from the mailbox that emailed the store, in the same thread, with your signature added.
  • The assistant can draft the answer. You read it, change what you like and press Send.
  • Once a store has asked, you can attach a price list or line sheet, up to about 3 MB.
  • Your replies never count against a mailbox's daily sending limit.

Your contacts stay yours

Every conversation is kept, and you can export your contacts as a CSV at any time. If a reply bounces back as undeliverable instead, it is handled as a bounce, and that address is blocked from then on.

When a store says yes, it moves on to Flow, which tracks samples, first orders and reorders. Our guide to getting your product into stores covers what to send once a store has said yes.

Questions brands ask

How do I find who replied?

Do I have to check another inbox?

No. Replies to every sending mailbox land in your LaunchPal inbox.

Can I reply from LaunchPal?

Yes. You reply from the mailbox that emailed the store, in the same thread, with your signature.

Can I attach a price list when I reply?

Yes, once the store has replied, up to about 3 MB per reply. Keep attachments out of the first cold emails.

Does the assistant send replies for me?
