A line sheet stores can order from

Your line sheet in LaunchPal is a branded order page. A store sees your products with the case price, the unit price and the RRP, and places an order there and then. It is part of Flow, and every order it takes moves the store along.

Why a PDF line sheet slows you down

A PDF line sheet gets read, put in a folder and forgotten. To order, the buyer has to email you, you have to raise an invoice, and somebody has to chase the payment. Every one of those steps is a chance for the order to stall.

An order page turns "send me your line sheet" into an order the same day.

What a buyer sees

The page has its own link, so it works anywhere: in a reply to a store that asked for prices, on the wholesale page of your website, in a reorder check-in, or as a QR code on a sample box. A buyer does not need to download anything or sign up to see your range.

  • Your brand: your logo and cover image, on a page with its own link.
  • Every product with its case price, the price per unit and the RRP side by side, so the buyer can see what they make.
  • Case packs, minimum order (by value or by cases) and how long delivery takes.
  • Your terms of trade, if you write them.

How the numbers are set

For each product, enter any two of wholesale price, margin and RRP, and we work out the third. Buyers decide on margin, so get it right before the page goes out. Our free wholesale price calculator shows the same sums if you are still setting prices.

You choose which products show on the line sheet. Products we pull in from your website start hidden until they have a price, so a buyer never sees a half-finished page.

How a store pays

  • Pay now by card, through your own Stripe account. The money goes to you.
  • On account: the store sends an order request, and you confirm it and invoice on the terms you offer.
  • Or both, and the buyer chooses.

What happens when an order comes in

  1. It lands in OrdersYou see what was ordered, by whom, and how they are paying.
  2. The store movesA first order moves the store to First order in Flow; a second, to Reorder.
  3. You hear about itWe email you once, with the store's next reorder window.
  4. The clock startsThe order resets the store's reorder reminders, and the first check-in links back to this page.

Keeping it current

The line sheet reads from your products, so a price change, a new flavour or a discontinued line shows up straight away. There is no new PDF to export and no old version sitting in a buyer's inbox with last year's prices.

Write your terms of trade once: payment terms, delivery, returns, minimums. They sit at the foot of the page, and a buyer can read them before ordering instead of emailing to ask.

If you already use a PDF or a spreadsheet, you can keep it for trade shows. Send the link everywhere else, because only the link takes an order.

Not in the first cold email. Links and attachments push cold email towards spam, and a buyer who has never heard of you is not ready to order. Send it when a store replies and asks for prices, after a tasting or visit, and in every reorder check-in.

Where a reply becomes an order

The line sheet is the step between a store saying yes and a store ordering.

Questions brands ask

Can I put the line sheet in my first email?

We advise against it. Links push cold email towards spam. Send it once a store replies and asks for prices.

Can stores pay on account?

Yes. Offer pay now by card through your own Stripe, order requests you invoice on your terms, or both.

Does the money go to us?

Yes. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and stores on account pay the invoices you send them.

Can I set a minimum order?

Yes, by value or by number of cases, and you can show case packs and delivery times.

What happens when a store orders?

The order lands in Orders, the store moves to First order or Reorder, and its reorder clock restarts.
